The kid has come home from school with all Fs on his report card. And Im thinking great, well have all these core values. Sam: Coach, I think theres a lot of stuff that any business owner could take from what you just said, especially the getting them to the truth part. That is correct - 22 national titles. So all these things are critical. Anson: I mean, its so tempting to hire that. Its not just the Jack Welch speech. And Ive learned that youre not going to change everyone.
